My Father's Light is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 founded in 2025 and is based in the Lehigh Valley.

 

We are a group of believers who love Jesus and who have been called to be His hands and feet wherever He calls. We are not associated with any one church, team members attend different churches in the area.

 

For the past 10 years, a team has traveled to St James, Jamaica; serving at the Jamaica Christian School for the Deaf. The school, which is located in the hills of Eden, is a residential school that provides a well-rounded education in a safe and positive Christian environment for deaf children ages 2-20 years old.

Not disabled, just differently-abled.

Our team works on projects at the school including painting, replacing window screens, repairs or laying concrete for a perimeter fence. During school day breaks, we share fun times with the students' playing sports and doing crafts together. The greatest joy is sharing the love of Jesus with the students and staff. 

 

Our team is so excited to be planning our 2026 Mission Trip. ​This is truly a life changing experience.
